When are my rent payments due?

As a reminder, signing your Student Housing License Agreement binds you to the contractual amount indicated on the Student Housing License:

• UH College Suites WILL NOT provide a bill to remind you of your payments; therefore, remembering to make payments on time is your responsibility.
• Payments are due the 1st of the month.
  • 9-Month Academic Term (Mid-August to Mid-May) – 9 Payments are due by the following dates:
    • August 1
    • September 1
    • October 1
    • November 1
    • December 1
    • January 1
    • February 1
    • March 1
    • April 1
  • 9-Month Academic Term (Mid-August to Mid-May) – If you are making 2 Payments, they are due by the following dates:
    • August 1
    • January 1
  • 3-Month Summer Term (Mid-May to Mid-August) – 3 Payments are due by the following dates:
    • May 1
    • June 1
    • July 1​
  • 3-Month Summer Term (Mid-May to Mid-August) – If you are making 2 Payments, they are due by the following dates:
    • May 1
    • July 1
  • 12-Month Term – (Mid-May to Mid-May) – 12 Payments are due by the following dates:
    • May 1
    • June 1
    • July 1
    • August 1
    • September 1
    • October 1
    • November 1
    • December 1

• Your check or money order should be made payable to UHCS. Please mail your check to the following address:

• Please make sure your name is indicated on your payment.
• If you are interested in setting up direct deposit/direct pay from your financial institution to ours, please email info@uhcollegesuites.com separately to receive proper bank routing information.
• Any outstanding balance must be paid in full prior to move in or you will not receive your keys and will not be permitted to move into the building.
