Laundry facilities are located on the second and third floors in the A-Building: Main Building and on the first floor in the B-Building: Addition. It is $1.25 per load to wash and $1.25 per load to dry.

UH College Suites offers coinless laundry equipment. To utilize the laundry equipment, you will need to use a laundry card provided by UH College Suites.

How to get started to add value to the UH College Suites Laundry Card:

 

  1. Log on to: www.uhcollegesuites.com and click the “Refill Your Laundry” card link or at https://www.codedvalueadder.com:8081/UHCSRevalue/
    1. The UH College Suites Logo should be at the top of the website.
  2. Click on Create Account and fill in the registration information.
    1. If you enter a mobile number during registration, your codes can be sent directly to your phone in a text message.
  3. After submitting your information, you will receive an activation email.
    1. Open and click on “Activate Account”. You will then be redirected to the sign in page.
  4. Sign in with your newly created log in and password – your login in should be your email address.
  5. Click on Manage Cards
    1. Click on Add MoneyCard
    2. Card Alias – Name your card to what you prefer.
    3. Money Card Serial #- Enter the serial number located on the back of your card.

                                                              i.      It is a 10-digit number following either ESD or E on the back of the card.

        1. If the serial number on the card only has 8 digits, please add 2 zeros at the beginning of the serial number.
        2. If the serial number on the card only has 9 digits, please add 1 zero at the beginning of the serial number.

                                                            ii.      Codes that you purchase will only work on this card.

    1. Confirm Serial #
    2. Click ADD
  2. Click on Laundry Room
    1. Choose a Code Value Adder (CVA)

                                                              i.      Type in Building A if you live in Building A – The CVA for Building A is #1.

                                                            ii.      Type in Building B if you live in Building B – The CVA for Building B is #2.

    1. Click “Set As My CVA”.
  2. Click on Add Value or Buy Card.
  3. Choose an amount to add to your card.
  4. Complete your payment information. Click “Pay Now”
  5. You will receive a code that can be printed or if you have listed a mobile device, it will arrive via text.
  6. Bring the code to the Coded Value Adder (CVA) you have selected.
    1. Your code will only work on that CVA.
    2. The CVA for Building A is #1 is located in the Lobby of the A-Building.
    3. The CVA for Building B is #2 is located in the 1st Floor Laundry Room of the B-Building.
  7. Insert your laundry card to the CVA.
    1. Follow the instructions to enter your code.
    2. The value you have purchased will be added to your card.
