How much does the student housing cost?
All rental rates are PER PERSON.
Apartments are fully furnished and include all utilities, cable television hook-up, high speed internet connection, and Wi-Fi within the low prices listed below.
Russell Sage College Undergraduate Students must contact the Russell Sage College Residence Life Office at 518.244.2008 for rate information.

***Pay in Full Discounts are available for all 9-Month Academic Term Student Housing License Agreements. To be eligible for the Pay in Full Discount payment MUST be received by August 1st***
ALL Payments are due on or before the first of the month. Late payments are subject to a $25.00 late fee. Please note that your Student Housing License Agreement with UH College Suites is NOT a month-to-month lease but instead a contractual amount determined by your Colleges/Universities Academic Schedule.

UH College Suites WILL NOT provide a bill to remind you of your payments; therefore, remembering to make payments on time is your responsibility.

Any outstanding balance must be paid in full prior to move in or you will not receive your keys and will not be permitted to move into the building.
Please be advised 12-Month rates will vary if you currently reside in the A-Building – Main Building and are moving to the B-Building – Addition. Contact the Management Office for specific rates. The Term periods are approximate and reflect the attending college’s beginning and end dates. You will be notified of your actual term dates prior to move in.
Parking:
Lot Parking Rates:
- $350.00 for the 9-Month Academic Term
- $100.00 for the 3-Month Summer Term
- $450.00 for the 12-Month Term
Garage Parking Rates (limited availability):
- $550.00 for the 9-Month Academic Term
- $180.00 for the 3-Month Summer Term
- $730.00 for the 12-Month Term
All parking fees are non-refundable. Parking fees must be paid in full before receiving the parking permit.
