What does the apartment/suite/bedroom include?

In the kitchen area: 

• Standard Full-Sized Refrigerator
• Stove/Oven
• Microwave
• Garbage Disposal
• Overhead lights

In the living/common area:

• A-Building – Our Main Building is furnished with a sofa, sofa chair, end table, TV stand, wall-mounted TV, table w/ two chairs, blinds for the windows, overhead lights.
• B-Building – Our Addition is furnished with a sofa, sofa chair, end table, wall-mounted TV, dining peninsula with stools, blinds for the windows, overhead lights.

Living Room Windows are approximately 70 inches by 60 inches.

All apartments /suites are equipped with Wi-Fi. Cable, internet, heat, hot water, central air-conditioning and electricity are included in the housing cost.

All apartments/suites are individually zoned with air conditioning and forced hot air heating/cooling.

Bedrooms:

• STANDARD twin mattress and frame
• Desk with 3 drawers, keyboard tray and bookcase with light
• Desk chair
• Dresser
• Closet
  • A-Building – Free Standing Wardrobe
  • B-Building – ​Built in Closet
• Window blinds
• Ethernet and Cable television hookup. Cords for the Ethernet and Cable hookups are NOT included.
• Bedroom Lighting:
  • A-Building – Main Building: An overhead light is provided
  • B-Building – Addition: You will need to bring a lamp. One outlet in the bedroom controls a switch for you to plug your own lamp.

Bedrooms are approximately 8.5 feet by 12 feet. Bedroom windows are approximately 39 inches by 52.5 inches.

Bathrooms:  

• 4-Bedroom apartment/suite have two bathrooms on each side of the apartment and is shared by two roommates on the adjoining side.
• 2-Bedroom apartment/suite have one bathroom in the apartment and is shared by two roommates.
• 1-Bedroom and Studio apartments have one bathroom.

It is important to respect your common and shared areas just as you would hope that your roommates will. Be clean. Be responsible.
