We are offering a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom option in our A-Building for the 2025-2026 Academic Term only. Our 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartments will be available in the A-Building and is in the layout of the 4-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment. Students will be housed in the rooms on each end of the apartment that share the wall with the bathroom. The two bedrooms on either side of the living room remain closed and locked. The cost per person is as follows:

  • Academic Term – 9-Month (Mid/Late August 2025 – Mid-May 2026):
    • $1700.00 x9, $7650.00 x2, GRAND TOTAL: $15300.00 (with pay in full discount $14535.00***)

B-Building – Addition Rates:

    • $999.00 x9, $4495.50 x2, GRAND TOTAL: $8991.00 (with pay in full discount $8542.00***)

***Pay in Full Discounts are available for all 9-Month Academic Term Leases.  To be eligible for the Pay in Full Discount payment MUST be received by August 6, 2025***
